Mytilineos Financial Partners intends to issue 500 mln euro senior notes due 2024

Mytilineos announced on Monday that its direct Luxembourg subsidiary, Mytilineos Financial Partners S.A. (the “Issuer”), intends to issue and offer (the “Offering”) 500.0 million euros aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2024 (the “Notes”), subject to market conditions and demand. The proceeds from the Offering will be used for general corporate purposes and to pay costs and expenses related to the Offering. There can be no assurance that the Offering will be in the aforementioned size or completed.
Citigroup Global Markets Limited, HSBC Bank plc and J.P. Morgan Securities plc are acting as Joint Physical Bookrunners, Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited, Goldman Sachs International and Nomura International plc are acting as Joint Bookrunners and Alpha Bank A.E., Eurobank Ergasias S.A.¸ National Bank of Greece S.A. and Piraeus Bank S.A. are acting as Lead Managers in connection with the Offering. Roadshow will commence in Athens on 18 November 2019.
